Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Techify NZ’s website and services. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Techify NZ provides IT consulting services, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 support, Azure consulting, cybersecurity solutions, backup services, cloud infrastructure planning, and ongoing IT support.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information relevant to service delivery.

  • Maintain valid licenses for any third-party software used.

  • Follow agreed timelines for communication, access, and decision-making.

4. Service Delivery
All services will be delivered as per the agreed scope and schedule. Techify NZ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
5. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within [7/14/30] days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Techify NZ remain the property of Techify NZ unless otherwise agreed. Any pre-existing client IP will remain the client’s property.
7. Limitation of Liability
Techify NZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including data loss or business interruption.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related and business-sensitive information confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Charges may apply for work delivered up to the date of termination.
10. Changes to Terms
Techify NZ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
