I am an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in the industry, supporting organisations across corporate environments, managed service providers, and project-based engagements. My expertise spans Microsoft cloud platforms, cybersecurity, hybrid infrastructure, and IT resilience planning.

I hold a Master's degree in Information Security and Digital Forensics and am a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I am certified in Microsoft technologies including MCSE, MCSA, Azure Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, as well as (ISC)² Certified in Cybersecurity. I have worked extensively on on-premises servers from Windows Server 2003 to 2022, with hands-on experience in Active Directory setup, Hyper-V installations, and server migrations.

My experience includes delivering scalable, secure solutions and designing IT strategies that strengthen operational resilience, ensure business continuity, and reduce downtime risks. I've contributed to key IT projects for organisations like Link Alliance, City Rail Link Ltd, and J. Walter Thompson Nepal, where I led initiatives around Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Entra ID, and compliance with security frameworks including CIS, NIST, and NZISM.
